Unfortunately, I do not receive any answers from you to my requests for help. Neither via your ticket system, nor via mail. Therefore I have to ask for help more publicly. I hope this is allowed.
I've been trying to participate in your events since January, but I'm not invited and I don't receive any feedback on these topics. I have already missed two announced events now that would have helped me a lot to promote Minecraft Education at my school more effectively.
I am concerned that I will also not receive any communication from you regarding my application to be a Global Mentor.
Is it because of personal reasons or do you have technical difficulties to receive or process my requests?
I would be very grateful if someone could tell me what is going on.
Maybe someone else in the community is having these communication problems.
