We recently renewed the Minecraft Licenses for our students and they are getting the following pop-up message (see image below) when they try to login to the program. We have disabled Multi-Factor Authentication for all those that received a license. Our students are using chromebooks and do not have a way to authenticate. What do we need to do on the administrative side to fix this issue?

I removed the screenshot due to the email address that was showing. That message is indeed referring to the MFA. Since you removed the MFA from the user accounts, make sure that it is not tied to the device or a different user account (like the login for the device itself.)
