I can not deop friends that join my world
when I let my friend join, i have set the settings so that they should join as members, but they still join as oparators and i can not deop them because their level is to high to deop
can someone Help?

Are they teacher accounts perhaps?
Are these personal licenses or school issued licenses?

Yes, their accounts were setup incorrectly giving them faculty accounts with privileges above students no matter how you change their status in the game. Consult the IT team that created the accounts.

Well I and my friends are all students at our school, and we used our Microsoft schoolaccounts to sign in Minecraft education. But I don`t know are we Student or Teacher accounts. But I think we might be Teacher accounts because, when we get in the same worlds and I try to kick someone there comes a chat message that says that teacher can not be kicked.

I would suggest that you set users that join your world as standard users. Then when they join, they should be automatically set as a "student" and you can control who remains. This can only be done outside of adventure mode for your world.

I would check to see if any accounts in question have other licenses on the account. Minecraft Education inherits permissions of other licenses such as Microsoft Word or Powerpoint.

Well, our accounts are signed in with our Office 365 account what means that we can use word and Powerpoint with our accounts

What Danny is referring to is that any "faculty" licenses attached to students accounts will need to be removed and the "student" licenses need to be assigned. This is in relation to Minecraft Education licenses and any 365 licenses that are implemented.
