World wiped after update

My students' world disappeared after an update.  I have found the level.dat files, the LOG files, and the Access file but I don't know to restore them to allow the world to come back or if these are the correct files needed.  If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate it.  They have worked on the world for a month, and I hate for them to have lost everything.

  At this time the only method is to use an exported version of the world, or if your device is a Windows device, you can try using a restore point.
