Custom Block Loot Tables Not Working

Hi, 

In 1.18.42 on both PC and Mac, if a player creates a custom block with a loot table the block will not use the loot table. I opened the level.dat file in the world folder and added an "experiments" component tag, then I added the following byte tags:

• data_driven_biomes
• data_driven_items
• experimental_molang_features
• gametest
• spectator_mode
• upcoming_creator_features
• vanilla_experiments
• wild_update

But, the loot table still did not work (see here:

This is blocking me from running classes with education edition to teach younger learners how to mod minecraft. This is a critical skill and it is important for my company to be able to run this class. This *must* work. I have several schools and community organizations that are waiting on classes for local learners to learn how to make mods and I do not want them learning on a version of minecraft where they can talk to strangers online. I need to know it's safe and education edition is the only safe version of minecraft. I really, really, really need this to work. <3 thanks :) 

Note: I am able to get my custom blocks to work in Minecraft Bedrock Edition, it is only Education Edition where they are not working.
