Allow Players to Upload Texture Packs Downloaded on their Computer

I think we should be able to upload texture packs to Minecraft Education Edition. What I mean is we should be able to download a texture pack compatible with Bedrock Edition or Pocket Edition, and upload it to Education Edition. Or even have built in texture packs. Or even only certain texture packs that are supported on Education Edition. Some recommendations for the latter are;

2. Depixel Lite
3. New Wayukian
4. Soft Bits
5. Tightfault Revamp
