Launching problem

I am experiencing difficulties with installing and launching Minecraft Education - I tried installing/re-installing and launching it several times, but after launching it only shows pixelated colourful lines. I have Core i7 (Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5500U CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz) and about 48G free space on the disk. Windows 10 Pro. Is there something I can do to run the programme?

  Hi Anna Glew, 

  Sounds like you have plenty of computer resources. A few questions for you: 

  1. Any error messages

  2. Which version of Windows 10 are you running (you can find this in Settings>System>About)

  3. Could you post a screenshot of what you're seeing?

  Hello Dan! Thank you for your reply! No, there are no error messages just the screen as shown below. I have Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit, Version 22H2, OS 19045.2251, Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0

  I'll go ahead and create a ticket with you so my team can dig deeper into this. That is some heavy visual distortion though!
