    Sounds like you have plenty of computer resources. A few questions for you: 

    1. Any error messages

    2. Which version of Windows 10 are you running (you can find this in Settings>System>About)

    3. Could you post a screenshot of what you're seeing?

    Hello Dan! Thank you for your reply! No, there are no error messages just the screen as shown below. I have Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit, Version 22H2, OS 19045.2251, Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0
