Student's account doesn't exist
Hello, I have a student with a NYC Dept. of Education account that comes up as "this account doesn't exist" when he tries to log into Education edition. He can use his login credentials for all other applications successfully. His email is.... Is there a way to add his account to your system or find out why it is not letting him in? Thank you in advance

Please do not post student or other emails on the forum, as this is a privacy issue.
If the student is having difficulty logging into Minecraft, it would be best to contact your IT department which manages the accounts.

I am sorry that I missed your main question. There is currently no tool or option we can use to add the account. We are unable to make changes to Tenants due to privacy concerns and the tools we have access to at this support team.

Chris Pizzurro If your IT Admin (unless you're the IT Admin) cannot resolve it, have them send us a ticket with a screenshot to https://aka.ms/MEE_New_Request
I'd be curious if the account in question is set up as a guest account instead of an AAD question. Otherwise, it could be an identity management issue. For the latter, I have heard other reports of users from your district having issues relating to that.

Khloe DOBSON I suggest you reach out to your IT Admin about this error, they are best suited to troubleshoot it.
