Minecraft Library

We are not able to view or open worlds in the Minecraft library. When you click on "Create World" the following message comes up 

"We're unable to connect to the Library. This can happen if your computer is offline or if access to the Library catalog is block."  

Our school technicians have been trying to figure out what the problem might be as it is working on the iPads but not on our desktop computers. 

Please can advise if you have had a similar experience and how we can fix it.

  I would recommend updating to the latest version of Minecraft: Education Edition from here: 

  https://education.minecraft.net/en-us/get-started/download
