Buongiorno, tra qualche giorno avrò riattivato in automatico il mio account ma, avendo riformattato il mio pc non riesco ad accedere perchè non ricordo nè nome utente, nè password.

There is also a number we can provide or instructions on how to contact admin center support if you would like those paths as well.

- In the M365 Admin Center, in the bottom right select the Headset icon which will expand to say "Help & Support"
- Type your question or issue into the search bar.
- Review the results, if none of the documentation answers your inquiry, then select the headset icon at the top of this tab.
- Fill out the ticket form and then select "Contact Me"

Before you can log into Minecraft: Education Edition you'll need to create users in the Admin Center and then assign purchased licenses to them. When you first signed in and purchased Minecraft: Education Edition licenses, right before the billing info you would have created a new "business" email with its own @domain. The template is usually (EmailName@DomainName.onmicrosoft.com). Also, when you try to log into Admin Center, you should see your onmicrosoft account cached if you use the same device as when you purchased Minecraft: Education Edition. If you can remember the Domain name but not the email name part, let me know and well create a ticket for you. Here is a link to the admin center where you'd access with your onmicrosoft.com account
