Setup a (remote) server for mutual development

I want to set up a server so that a bunch of kids can access that for development. So a lot of developers on one server, maybe on Azure.

I want those kids just to teach python development in Minecraft but don't want to bother them with installing servers on their own devices.

Is that possible?

  Minecraft education edition doesn't have a dedicated server software. If that is what you are talking about setting up, it isn't really an option currently.  At one point in time they did do something with Azure and testing servers for education edition but that was a limited test that I didn't get to participate in and I've never heard any results from it.
