Why am I seeing the Unable to Sign In error?
How do I get an Office 365 Education account?
Office 365 Education accounts are given to members of eligible academic institutions. If your school or other qualified organization has provided you with a valid Office 365 Education account, you can use your credentials to login to our game. You can also use this account to purchase individual licenses in the Store for Education , if your organization does not already have them included in their volume licensing agreement.

What if my eligible academic Institution does not have Office 365 Education accounts?
If you have a valid email address from a qualified academic organization you can acquire an Office 365 Education A1 account for free. You can enter your email address and see if it is valid on the Get Started with Office 365 for Free page.
Can I still play Minecraft: Education Edition if am unable to obtain an Office 365 Education account?
No. You will not be be able to login and play the full version of Minecraft Education Edition. However, you can still play the demo lesson available after you download and launch the application. Select "If you don't have an account, try a demo lesson"
Check the "Accept Terms" box then select "Play"
What if I am receiving the not eligible message, and I am sure that I already have a valid Office 365 Education account?
Please check first to ensure that you have a valid Office 365 Education account by following these steps:
1) Navigate to the Get Started page, enter your email into the field shown below and then select Submit.
If you do in fact have a valid Office 365 Education account you will see this message:
2) If you have received the above message please attempt to sign in to the Store for Education by clicking in the top right hand corner:
If you are redirected to the Store for Business upon signing in as shown below, please fill out a Support Request and select your category as "Licensing">>"Store terms of use error".
